My father just bought a legend but the radio doesnt work.
Its comes on but no sound. The lights on the deck iare on and you can see the eq react to the music but no sounds come out.

Check fuses twice! This is the factory deck.Any ideas?

Was the battery disconnected? it sounds like it needs the code to work to me.

what's the trim level of the car? no sound could be a malfunction amp. I had problems with that before.

nm, i just noticed you said EQ, so it's an L or lower. the head unit might have its internal amp blown or the wiring could be burnt...pull the deck out and check all the connections.

sorry for the off topic, but what wheels do you have on your car? they aren't too bad...though the rear looks like an 18 while the front looks like a 17

Both rims are the same size but i got different size tires in the front. I like it like that. I dont want to take a chance of bending a rim so i keep the thicker tire in front. Potholes are a [email protected]#$.
Your one of a few to notice, even to the naked eye. Although its obvious.

check the harness... sometimes its loose... this is what fixed my problem when i had the stock hu in
