On my 95 coupe, there are two "plugs" you have to pop out first. They are inside that first-aid kit/map pocket/whatever thing on the deck. Not sure if the sedan has this thing or not. They are easier to push out from the underside (in the trunk). While you're under there, you'll see all of these metal prongs coming through. Those are the clips for the rear deck. The first few times I removed mine, they were so stiff, I had to pinch them from the bottom side with a pair of needle nose pliers. After that, I can just pull from the top side and it will pop right out.
If it's a sedan, you don't have to remove your rear deck to get to the speakers. Simply use a flat object to gently pry the speaker grille from the frame to remove, and the speakers are held down by 4 screws.
