Recently did the IAC DIY is there anything else worth doing?

it fixed my rough idle,thank you very much forum for the DIY

There's tons of things worth doing:

intake manifold and EGR cleaning.
replace all coolant hoses.
tune up.
drain/flush transmission and differential.
