Rust spots and paint

I have some nice rust spots on my rear left wheel well and kinda wanna get rid of all of the other spots.. On top of that I want to repaint my whole car white excluding the hood as for im buying a carbon fiber hood! Excluding the hood what may be an estimated price to.get all that complete? So that I may save for up it!

To get a quality paint job it will cost from 3,500 up. I suggest getting on the rust issue sooner than later!

Once it becomes a whole the proper fix is cut out and weld in new metal which is very expensive.
