masking with DRLs is basically

1) having bright lights that are the same color as daylight will make your car invisible against a sunrise or sunset

or

2) a dark car in a row of many that are equipped with DRLs

OMG why do you all believe the side cornering lamps are JDM!?!

dammit it was an option. just like the cornering lamps on the Maxima in the united stated and on all the Cadillacs of that era. It was a thing luxury car drivers got used to and it was an option on the books for the legend...nothing "JdM TyTe y0!!11!1" about the corner lights. They were an option on the later model Legends.

EDIT:

as someone has posted the Part Number maybe there can be less "drooling" over the "available everywhere" lights. Fut and Ack-Crawler, have the only cars that can pull them off nicely...i don tknow why it just looks good on theirs.

i had just never seen them on any legend besides theres. then i saw that one locally. and i was like hmm.. i see cadi's with them all the time, but for the legends it was like 1 in the last 50 i've seen in town. it just stood out to me thats all. figured it was an option not available here and it was done by the person.

i don tknow why it just looks good on theirs.

Here is my theory.. I think the reason it does not look good on lighter colored legends is because the black plastic trim that outlines the light.. If you paint the trim peice to match your car I think it would look a whole lot better.. On the dark colored cars the trim peice is not as noticable and the install looks better.

i doubt they would have that as an instock item at the dealership but i guess you could also ask them

i couldn't track down the template, but i did find this:

its installation instructions for a 5th gen accord. i believe its the same part as the legend. so this might help a bit.

I did not have to order all the parts seperate.. All the stuff came together.
