Everything mechanical should be the same.

Only a few electrical differences.
ie. DRL, speedo(in KM), climate control in celcius.

I had suggested on the older board, that the members who live near the boarder, come here and get the major work done. With your exchange, you'll save a bundle. You may want to bring you own parts to. :D

Put it like this
It cost me $32.00 for an oil change in Canadian $
which equals -->$21.00USD from Acura
My door handles costed me $300CAD = $196USD (interior driver)
The thing that may hurt you are the taxes and duties if you ship, but our dollar is still worth nothing compared to yours so I say jump on it.
Good Luck

From not having a business relationship with the Service personnel at the Canadian dealership, you might find them adverse to installing parts which you supply even though they are OEM Honda. You have nothing to lose by speaking directly with a service tech. The exchange rate really works in your favor. Keep us posted. I have been considering having my T-belt changed (in New Brunswick) while I am on vacation in PEI.

Post where you live
.ie the closest boarder crossing.

Maybe a member or two could suggest Acura dealers near by and maybe even get you some phone numbers so you can set up the appointment ahead of time.

Yeah, they may be reluctant to use the parts you provide, but let's face it, the labour is where they will make their $$$ and I don't think they will turn down the cost of changing a T-belt.

Just make sure you speak to someone. Maybe get the qoute faxed or emailed (constitutes a legal document) with the part about using you own parts.

Make sure you get some good advice from other members as to what should be changed at the same time. (You only want to do this once :D)
ie. T-belt, water pump, any gaskets, thermostat, rad hoses (upper and lower), wash out your overflow tank ...
