For the last few weeks I've noticed that my brake pedal seems to sink lower and lower. Today as I was stopped at a light, which was on a steep incline i noticed that I had to keep pressing the brake pedal lower and lower to keep the car from rolling back. I'm assuming it's time to change my master cylinder, what do u guys think?

Thanks
Esti

That's exactly what happened to me a while back. As you sit at a light the pedal sinks. Had a rebuilt master cylinder installed.

You might want to take care of this ASAP before things get out of hand and you lose braking ability.

I agree - change your MC. Easy fix. I am on my third MC. First 2 only lasted 52k miles each. Buy a quality OEM replacement - the one at www.sasponline.com looks like a very good replacement - especially if it comes with the container on top. Please don't waste your time on a rebuilt or NAPA unit.
