Another more serious problem that there could be is just a power leak in the connection to the motor. If you have access to an electrical meter, you can test the voltage going to the motor. If it's less than 12 volts, you have a power leak somewhere. This could possibly be the problem. To fix this problem, you have to test the various connections that go to the window motor, most of the time it's usually a bad connection near the motor, and all you have to do is wiggle the wires to speed it up or, if it still doesn't work, then you have a more serious problem on your hands.

The problem could also be as stated previously. Your motor just needs oil or grease.
