Either drill a hole in the middle and use one of those reverse screw to unscrew the broken bolt or get one at the junkyard.

use a line pincher to pinch off break line

remove cal take it to a local machine shop my guy charges $10-$15. to remove broken bolts get new bleeder valve and your good


next time spray the bleeder with pb blast or the like AND I use a plastic hammer and hammer it first to break it free with the vibration

A line pincher, like a firehose clamp the fire department uses on supply lines will certainly damage the line. The big squeeze breaks the inner lining of the hose. There is no detectable damage to the outside of the brake hose. The lining of the "tunica intima" is fragile. If the hose is over five years old you are setting yourself up for unexpected excitement. Just a thought.
