Ok i have a 92 legend L non bose system. I have 2 12s with a line converter and all that. I have a MTX 1505 pushing the 12s and have a MTX 505 i want to push the car speakers. How do i wire them to the amp?? thanks alot

You want to push the stock speakers with the amp? What's the power rating of the amp? Cuz the stock speakers might not be able to handle the power, I think the stock speakers are only 30-40watts RMS or less.

To wire them to the amp, you'll have to get the signal right behind the headunit, then run them into a line converter. Then from the line converter to the amp.

no no no im not using stock speakers. I have all new car speakers but stock headunit still b/c i cant afford a TV. I already have subs in the trunk with an amp could i just use that same line converter or whatever or do i need another one? Thanks alot everyone.

I would use another LOC. However, the question is, does either of your two amps (The new MTX amp, or the one driving the 12" subs) have a pre amp pass through?

i do not know for sure. MTX is usually a good amp and they are farily new so you would think they do but i dono i will check today.
