Have a legend coupe without a spoiler and was wonder how many people think the coupes look better with or without a spoiler. I am debating whether or not to add a spoiler to my car

I think they look good either way. My 93 coupe has a spoiler and I like it, but it would also look good without it,...... I say go for one.:)

I agree with McKenzie93, they look good either way. The only bad look is the one that doesn't look OEM with or without a light. For instance, like the one that is constantly being sold on eBay... that F1-Steel Style spoiler!
go with a spoiler, oh and if you get a GT spoiler it adds 25 HP. hehe

I think that it depends. I like spoilers on 91-93 coupes becuase of the flat rear end. I think that the 94/95 coupes look better without a spoler though because they have the curved trunk. Either way though, the coupes look great. :D
I currently don't have a spoiler. I still think it looks good. I am adding the OEM spoiler soon. I like that look a little better. I also appreciate the extra stability at high speed that even the OEM spoiler adds. Just my thoughts.

I installed an OEM style w/LED on my Coupe for two reasons: (1) It finished off the rear ("Makes the vehicle appear as if it is traveling 90 mph when parked"). and (2) I could at last determine exactly where the end of the car was when backing up.
I think they look a lot better with the wing.... I am getting mines installed for $350 as soon as I recover from buying the car Cash.... hehe
RawDog805: Did you ever check the exterior color code on your vehicle and if so, what was it?
LPB :: Ohh shoot no I forgot to do It... I'll Go check it Right now... give me 10 min...
LPB ------> YR-94M

is the color code

So my Car is Seattle Silver Metallic
rawdog805: My 1992 LS CPE is also Seattle Silver (with Grace Beige interior --Type E). If you wish to know EXACTLY how your vehicle will look with an OEM rear spoiler, send me an email to [email protected] listing your postal address and I shall send you a couple of photos.

What he said.
After I get rims and perhaps a repaint I'm going to take my spoiler off, it's just a personal preference. Anyone interested in buying it? Right now it's Red.

i think if u are contimplating a spoiler it really depends on if it makes the car look better with it!!! kinda depends on the mods u do to the car!!

for instince i am goin to get the APR GT-II wing for my coupe... for those who dont know it is the wing on the fast and the furious that is on the orange supra... i have already set it on my car and it looks tight...

so it kinda depends if u think it will give it a better look

thanks

Personally, I love the look of the G2 coupe WITHOUT a spoiler.
Not to say that the spoiler "RUINS" anything or makes anything look *UGLY*, it just accentuates the lines a bit more and makes the car appear a bit longer than it is.

It's all a preference really, the spoiler makes the G2 coupe look SPORTY and that's what most people like, but I've found that w/o the spoiler, the car looks more luxurious to me. Again, this is all opinion and what I have may not look good to you. Also, something we need to consider is, that the 91-93 Coupes have the 3d brake light inside the cabin, so a spoiler kind of impedes on that a bit. However, a spoiler on a 94-95 Coupe w/ the Integrated brake light would probably look much better. Since I have a 93 w/ the 3d brake light, NOT having a spoiler is the best bet for me.

vrb747 ---- Does your wing have the LED in it??? is it factory or is it aftermarket

I'm a car fashion whore... heh.... no body-colored wings that are big and stupid... no aluminum wings, being that the car IS FRONT WHEEL DRIVE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! If you're going to get an aluminum wing, might as well make it carbon fiber and do yourself a favor and get A FRONT UNDERBODY SPOILER AS WELL, and also a rear diffuser and do your aero setup the right way... don't forget the undercarraige pan... I tend to take things a little far, but I believe in FUNCTIONALITY!!!
