Does any one have an idea what the problem could be.
Last week I got in my car 93 L coupe try to start it but it would just turn over but doesn't start. I did it a few times and nothing. So I left it for a few minutes and came back and it start up right away. I never had any problems with this car before. After i got home I pop the hood with the car on and i heard like air coming from the PCV valve. i replaced the valve and didn't have the problem until today. I went I got my tires change and it started up and it was fine after they were finish, then I stopped for a min at a store when back to start and it just turn over, i tried it again and it started fine. I have been driving and stopping all day and it haven't done it again.

Any ideas
It has 137,400 miles

Thanks

Do you here Mechanical \ Electrical "Clicking" noises when you try to start?

Mine and quite a few other Legend members have had the exp. of the battery cables going bad and becoming loose. Possibly corroded posts's also

Sounds like the main relay, it will take a while to get the Legend started if it is hot outside and your Main Relay is faulty. It's a $35 fix from AoA, but I think you can buy them at autozone for even less. Simple install, just do a search. Good luck.

it is on driver side far left under dash, small black box with 2 electrical plugins....often fails due to bad solder connections, which are disrupted when ambient air in the cabin gets hot and causes the circuit board to warp or move a bit. Very erratic, starts when interior cools a bit usually. the part from AofA was $57 delivered to me. BTW, this relay energizes the fuel pump (or NOT when it fails).
