Hey guys, thought I would throw this question at you: "When I turn my wheels all the way--left or right--and accelerate I hear a strange noise (almost sounds like cv joint). I just replaced both of my half-shafts and tie rods. My legend has 203,000 miles and has always been silent; this noise is driving me crazy. My girlfriend has a 91 LS and I just did her cv's and tie rods--her legend is not making the sound that mine does. Maybe wheel bearing? What do you guys think?

That truly reeks of CV joint. Which isn't to say it couldn't be something else.

But my CV's made that sound too, and as you say only with the wheels cranked over.
