There are also 2 relays.
One for open and one for close.
Located at the rear of the roof.

From the manual pic, it looks like it is located at the rear dome light.

Advice to people with sunroofs........keep the tracks cleaned with silicone and lubricated with spray grease. You will notice a dramatic difference in smoothness and speed of operation. This will also prolong the life of the motor.

suburban-noise: If you hear clicking noise, your relays and switches are indeed working. Sounds like it may be the motor, was it working fine before or was it slowing down? Anyway you can close and open it manually with the Allen tool in the trunk kit.
If you (or others) don't know

1. Remove the lens from the rear ceiling light.

2. Use a flathead screwdriver or coin to remove the plug in the center of the rear ceiling light to access the sunroof override screw.

3. Use the Allen tool to turn the override screw until the sunroof is fully open or closed.

4. Put everything back together.

-Good luck.

Me too!!!

I'm having that same problem.
When I park it nose downhill it don't fill so I think it's the rear drain holes are blocked. I'm going searcging for that thread on how to clean the drain holes.

FYI
There are 4 drain holes, can be cleaned by blowing compressed air through them.

Only Milk and Juice comes in 2 litres!

Drain holes ARE blocked

You drain holes are certainly blocked... I think I used a piece of a coat hanger to clean mine last time... I have had the same thing happen and once you clear the holes the problem will disappear! I think it is the fact that the sunroof does not seal 100% and water creeps in.
