This Super Charger chain has been quiet for quite a while. Does anyone have traction with a super charger. The extra torque would be a plus.

The supercharger thing is 2 years in the making for me. I'm still working on it, slowly.

Only one Legend has a supercharger, and it's not running to it's full potential.

Mike D, any word from honda tuning on the RL3.5 vc-90 setup?
They had aimed for this last issue from 11/05 for the results, no update this month whatsoever.
I'm guessing they have at least fabbed it, but once again, tuning problems.

I bet they are hoping most people forgot about the whole article; if they can do it, then props to them, but for some reason I doubt it.

They were making the manifold, I have to call the original company to see how the progress is coming.

$2500 - manifold
$300-400 - stock supercharger
$150-250 - custom crank pulley
$100-200 - custom supercharger pulley
$800-1200 - engine management
$200-300 - dyno tuning

$4050 to $4850 for 50 to 80 horsepower. Yeah, that may be a bit much. I'm thinking I would want to pay more like $1000-1200 for the manifold, but we'll see.

2 new guys ^^ ... welcome to the forum!!! i'm a less-knowledgable member (as far as mechanics / performance mods go .. haha) but i will say this ... look at the date of the original post - it's 5 & 1/2 years old -- i'm pretty sure the project never got off the ground. as far as i know as of right now the only FI setup would have to be completely custom.

and to add IMO prochatger taking the place of the battery is perfect but then we need intake.

also supercharger is good but running intercooler piping would be a bich
