Mine did on my last '87 L. I got it to reset the interval once after 200 k but I couldn't anymore after that. It wouldn't reset for a while after it hit 200k but I tried it one day and it reset. It wouldn't after that.
My current coupe is at 162k so I'll see if it dies when it hits 200k.

are you guys talking about the service due on the computer?? i had it on about two weeks ago and i was able to reset it? my car is way pass 200km or 200m 
just go to the service due screen or whatever and hold the reset button if that doesnpt work then maybe the reset buttom i broken
