Three issues:

1) Suspension
I have a 93 Acura Legend LS and I new to replace the shocks and struts. I wanted to know what kind of should I get. Should I stick with stock or get into Koni's? Where should I purchase them? Where in Long Island, New York(Suffolk County) can I get them installed? Dealer?

2) Body Work
Can someone recommend a body shop. I crashed into a guard rail a while back and damaged the front and rear quarter panels along with front bumper and hood?

3)Tranny
Can someone recommend a tranny guy? Should I just go to the dealer?

Another question. Since I have never replaced the shocks and I am not sure when the previous did, should I also replace the springs. Is this going to kill my pocket?
