I was wondering if some of you guys can give me some symptoms of a bad oxygen sensor. I was told i need new ones cuz my car has been shaking alot, and now i have very poor acceleration. whats your diagnosis

If your sound is coming from the rear of the car, it's probably your fuel pump, not ABS. The ABS pump is up front, drivers' side, under the battery. It makes a noise like what you describe, but not from the back.
As Sam said, the flashing S3 indicates a Code on the TCU.
