I noticed the "TCS" switch has a little cut out on it, looks like it might be a LED, is it ever suppose to turn on? I'm talking about the switch itself, the black one, labeled TCS, located near the COURTESY light knob.
Yes, it's supposed to light up. It should be on by default, and only goes off when you push it to deactivate TCS. This will in turn cause the TCS indicator to come on.
You guys know i'm not talking about the TCS light that comes on in the actual dash right (next to the Activate light).. I'm talking about the actual switch itself, If so, can I actually replace the bulb in the switch???
Yes, the bulb can be replaced on the switch. I've never had to, but check with the dealer on the bulb. It's very small, and haven't come across it anywhere.
one more question about TCS??? when our cars are off then we turn them on, the TCS is on, right? but when we push in the button and the TCS button lights up next to the active button, that is when it's off? thanks
I just noticed the light on my switch is out too. I will get that fixed at the next service. It isn't really worth the money, but I am obsessive compulsive with my car.
