the only way of havint the bumper w/o cutting is by using a smaller ic.
Get a Tyrus 6" FMIC. It fits perfectly behind the front bumper of a 94-95 Sedan. If I ever get home again, I can bolt this FMIC into my Legend just to show you how good it looks. I fit it in there when I was putting my air horns in last week, it's perfect. The end tanks end right where the elbows would go for the charge piping to plumb up thru the frame rails.

Here's a pic of my FMIC. It's not a very good pic, but you can see it's form is great for the 94-95 Legend front bumper. It has been proven effecient to 400 WHP despite it's slim dimensions.

Kyle, I'll have to admit, I doubted you and here I am with my foot in my mouth. to you and the crew at Joule, it may look a little sloppy, but you know what? I wouldn't even care. I'd rock that car with the front bumper off if I had to.

Nice job on coming through though, after all these years, somebody finally grew some balls and got the job done. Good job.

Dyno and/or track #s. That turbo install looks just like the one done here 5-6 years ago. It's never a matter of turbo or SC install. It's engine management which so far seems to be unaddressed. Prove it works and makes HP. Picture of hardware are pretty useless other than to say we hooked up the plumbing. Heck TJ Miles did it with his vortech and made less HP than stock at NOPI 2002. He never has got the car running right.

Kyle, ya got it done. Big  to you. I will echo the other members and suggest that you have Joule clean up that install before final acceptance and also agree with DaveC that engine management will have to be addressed. Way to go---

so, does the kit come with a new front bumper? lol just j/k :giggle: nice job thats looks great. props to u bro

This is true, i think that power is the main point of doing this at all, right? For power, serious power. I think i remember in a previous post you stated that it probably pulled as hard as a legend at sea level, I seriously hope you were joking and that this is not the case. We want it to rape everything. Dyno, or track time or something, some vids like you promised, even just an in-car acceleration vid would be awesome.

It's finally done!!!!!!

No more doubting. Much props to you and the shop for going through with this project. However, I do feel like the others. The shop did sloppy job at the end. I also suggest you get the FMIC that Takemorepills has. And another bumper while you're at it. Like he said, and '94-'95 bumper will do the trick. Other than that, I'm glad to see that a turbo legend has finally been done.

It looks like he basically "braided" the intake pipe, the downpipe, and the exhaust manifold on the same general area. An efficient use of space but not the best for making power.

Speaking of video of picture proof, none of us have seen proof of the 6-speed swap, 14.5 second N/A pass, or 13.30 pass from DV8. Not doubting you, its just Kyle has put forth everything he can just like DV8 so lets take it is stride.

Kyle, I'd personally just to like to see this setup run just to give me the chills. We'd love to see more! Please? :)

Hey, nice positive reaction! I really appreciate it, I really didnt do much except the gauges install, and yes I am working on the bumper- it is far from done but it needed to be lowered for flow reasons. It does look like it was cut sloppy because it is a mock up. I am fiberglassing that with the hopes it will turn out as perfectly as my gauges. On Aug. 30th the car is going back to get some wrinkles ironed out like I have said. Dyno results will come when I have both the time and money. The car does lag- but also pulls hard. I am sure it pulls harder that you guys at sea level now. I estimate 270-300 crank hp/tq because of the cars it is able to pull and its weight. If you had this kit you would pull 350Zs-WRXs-LS1 Firebird/Comaros and walk all over the LT1s if you had tranny work or a stick. I will go to 8psi when I get the AVCR hooked up. Dont worry about eating your words-I just want your respect-I live my life a quarter mile at a time :giggle: . Vids, and fixed bumper to come!

Thanks as Always, Kyle

Are you kidding me? I have a slew of videos on my website. Including a NOS 13.5 run. Along with that i have the 6spd conversion documentry video under the projects/6spd conversion section exposing everything i did to get the 6spd in. I dont always have a camera attached to my head, but i sure have more video/picture documented proof than anyone on this forum.
How can i not take offence to you even entertaining the thought that im not truthful in my convictions? What about my dyno charts?

A Turbo Kit is Great! A milestone, Kyle i applaud you! I could careless what the turbo kit looks like. It's Done thats all that matters, it's the boost our community needed, but dethred dont compare my proven and established accoplishments with pictures of a Kit that was first, done by a shop and second could end up only yeilding half the HP than whats expected or have a lifespan of less than a few months. So far the 3.5 6spd is running without glitches passing its first year. If anything the engine has to much TQ for the FWD to handle.

Dethred, im insulted you even brought me up in comparisons.

I just wanted to make a quick note in here, its not easy to make a turbo kit for a car like this, if it was, it would have been on the market by now. Yes we took a little while, but it runs well, we are every happy with the work and the results. And from what I have read so is Kyle.
On a different note, yes there is a patent pending already for the kit. We are in the process of getting things together within the next 6 months to produce this kit for others to enjoy.

I shall save my money up for 6 months in order to get this kit!

This is definitely a jump start on the forums, we should go boast this to the Japanese forums.

sr79labrat, you're my inspiration
