The other thread was not very active so this is a new one to get more response. Headers can be done with dyno or track results.
The cost will be apx.$500-10people or less, $400 or less for 20 people and more than that maybe 300 ish. No promises yet, but if some one can save me the time and money of driving to Denver for exhaust manifolds I will cut the cost of your headers. DV8- you have first dibs. I know you have the precious. PM me for my address. I could use my car as the labrat but I would rather have it running for the time being.

thanks guys for your support!
kyle :)

Post below on how definite you are on buying so we can get the best rates. I need to give this man the bus. for his hookup!

Will the high heat that is produced from a turbo cause problems with the plastic PS resevoir right next to it?

Do you know when u plan to start this next project intake manifold, it would be something i would be interested in, so it would remove the VIS, i thought removing of this would be the equivent of removing Vtec from a vtec motor?

But let me know It is something i would be interested in if u can get 2 made at the same time

I am sure a heat sheild of some sort would be easy to make up to give it some extraz protection.

Any updates on this Kyle? I know you provided a time frame in early Feb., any idea if that is the same time frame and will they be being produced on an as needed basis? Thanks alot for all the hard work you have done and good luck on this project and future ones you have. Thanks.

Also timeframe for the pully set would be greatly appreciated too, this is all to figure out funds for myself, so thanks for the time.
No, not yet. It could be longer than expected being that I had craziness go down this week. I almost broke up with my woman then my buddy helping me with these kits just had his baby. On top of all that I just bought this other Legend for 2700 and a am having my tranny built which also is costing another 2700. I am still trying to hold to my promise to have them available to the public on the time frame I quoted. I have 3 kits in the works so they can be bought as soon as I see the bling other than that they will be on request. Pullies just have to be tested and then they will be ready.
Hope this helps!

Sorry with the woman troubles and good luck with that, take your time and I appreciate the response. Whenever they are ready will be fine, just making sure I will have the proper funds and it looks like I hopefully will. Thanks alot for the help and good luck with the kits and your new Legend, just keep us updated and I can't wait for the pulleys also, I will be looking into ordering a set of those. Thanks again for the help and all the work you have done creating an aftermarket for our cars.
Its all good now. You know how it can go on and off like the flick of a switch even if you are doing nothing. Oh well, after getting out of this poo I plan to have more parts coming out. I may start doing stages of upgrades as well so who knows. I also just wanted to let you and everyone else know how greatful of your support I am. Thank you for that-it motivates me to keep rolling with it.
Thanks Again! Kyle

man i got the cash point me to thr right place!
Guys,

At the end of the month you will be able to order your very own turbo kit for the legend. For those of you that do not know- I am the guy to talk to so you know that I am the go to guy.
We will be asking for a $1000.00 down to cover our parts and labor. This will be non-refundable. This is the contract that binds both parties into the agreement for purchase. Directions will be out soon on the labratinc.com website so that you can do the install for yourself. If there are any more questions in the mean time please feel free to ask.
Thanks for all of your support!

Did you test fit everything on a Stock Legend Sedan or are you still working on that? Any new Dynos? Thanks!

#1,016 ·
Still need to get the car back from the shop to drive it- then the other car goes under the knife. I may have a new dyno in a month or so for the record high..unless someone beats me there. Everything will get worked out before the kit is to be sold. You will get to see it run before you buy a kit.

have any guesstimations yet on gains with the pulley kit? I know you said you gotta dyno it, but damn, this'll be good! Hey, how about the type 2? Will all of your stuff be compatable? (sorry if it's already been asked!)
I was thinking about 3whp across the entire RPM band but that is very rough.
Should be compatable with the type 2 as far as I know there are not differences in the demensions but we will have to see and maybe figure out if the ECU does anything different as well.
The further in we go the more I am finding out.

Thank you for that above-I appreciate it alot! I got Black Betty from the tranny shop today and she runs well! It was expensive but needed. The guy that did my tranny said that he would build more if anyone else wanted a auto build up. So there is that option from here on out. He also does converters for a good price. More info to come!
Later guys!

500 is rediculous... If we can even get 300 whp then we would have cars in the low 13's if not high 12's.
Exactly, that is my point. To now, everyone should know that I am insane by normal standards. 300whp will be very soon! Not far or difficult at all just waiting for me.
Wooohaha!

has to do with weight, gearing etc....

We will know soon enough what he can do. Also you have to know..this is on a type 1 with how many miles??

300hp easy soon.
