Kyle,

Have you and the shop came up with an estimated amount horsepower and torque that this project will produce? It looks like everything is going smooth throughout this process. Much props to you all.

Thanks for all of your support so far. The estimated gains for starters is 50 hp-50ftlbs although he says 70/70. I will be starting with 5.8 psi then progress up to 8 then 12 if all goes well. At 12 psi I hope to produce over 300/300 barely. We will start small to keep costs low. I will not install injectors or fuel pump because I do not need them yet. Those of you at sea level would however. I hope to wallop my friends M3 sooner than later.
Headers will be started on June 16th before the turbo. I will use my own manifolds.

Thanks again
kyle

if you can make proven power with the headers you know im down, good luck with your project.

D.

if you feel like driving up to parker there is a dyno up there

but you should run at Bandimere on a test and tune night so I can go see it

I'm lost....why are you making NA headers when you need turbo manifolds for your Legend?? Are you making both??

Yes, I am attemting to make both. This will reduce downtime for me in the future while being able to help other legend enthusiast gain performance. I will have the manifolds off anyways, so why not kill two birds with one stone?
I actually want to run tonight at PMI or Bandi. What time is the test and tune tonight? I will meet you tonight if I can. Thanks for all of the positive input.

thanks Kyle

I am going to PMI tonight if you want to meet me in the springs we can roll down together. I know its a drive for you so..... Any how I will have times posted Mon. or Tues.
Later Fellas Have a good weekend unless I talk to ya later.

Peace Kyle

Sorry, it's a little far for me. Good luck though!

My 91 auto ran 16.8 @ 85 mph stock with the resonator removed and a little slower with a short ram at Bandimere. My best 60 foot was 2.6. Alititude blows.

I never got to run my 6 speed.

Thats not bad. Last night at PMI I ran a 17.3 twice then left because I felt bad for the car. Last time I ran 16.7-17. Any idea why this is so inconsistent?
This last time was with my huge exhaust for the turbo, and apparently it makes the car much slower for now. When the turbo is in it should help. The car feels quicker now much to my suprise. Oh well the turbo and headers will be done soon enough so I can blast my times.
Altitide does suck!

Peace Kyle

:( What did you trap on those runs? And what did you have on your car?

My 91 sedan ran 16.7 completely stock at altitude here in Calgary so dont feel so bad. Good luck with your projects. :)

You will be a 'legend' in the legend community if you can get something going. ;)
