Its an automatic ecu man! :confused: :rolleyes: I am/was under the impression I needed a 6 spd ecu. Now you guys are telling me its ok to slap it in there...I'm so confused. Telion you need to give people a phone number. That way there is none of this emailing/responding back and forth and the confusion. It would have helped me out greatly. I still dont get it. First I wa stold only 6 speed ecu for a 6 speed, not I can stick an auto in????
I think what he's trying to say is that you CAN use the auto ECU as a temporary replacement while your 6speed ECU is getting programmed. Its not a permanent replacement because it's not TCS and the idle wont be correct with the auto ECU.

Telion you chipped my ECU awhile back and it was great, I just need to know if I need to put the stock chip back in or is there is a way to run both?

Or in the best possible case can you tune to support what i need?
I know random, and n00b question but yeah

Before you do anything can you clarify "wet kit?" and "no specific shot?"

NOS? I will admit your post is a little scary. My chip has been run with upto a 50 shot of NOS so I would say that would not be an issue, yet still recommend you to put the stock chip back in and then do alot of homework on your project before something bad comes of this. The reason I recommend the stock chip is because it is recommended that you retard your timing when running larger shots of NOS

Okay after a little R&D I am back to clarify

I have a wet fogger AE. gas line running from banjo fitting on fuel filter to fogger, and N20 line running from the bottle.

I believe my spark plugs need to be adjusted to .025 but could not find it, but thats what the RLs I see have.
And you told me what I needed to know. I realize now that you advanced my timing, And i doubt there is any real way to retard it seeing we dont have a distributor =/.

I was wondering if there is a way to make map a specific chip to fit my needs
probably not, but I guess I will have to run my stock chip until other wise =//

You can run a dual map where it runs the Telion map till NOS kicks in by means of the same arming mechanism that activates your NOS basically on the fly if this is something you wanna do let me know. you would need to send me your ECU to make the change though.

I am running a single pole single throw toggle to ARM the system
would that dual map be able to be wired to that?
or would i need to invest in a window switch of sorts or something more sophisticated?

But for now I just switched it out for my stock chip, I have to have my CV axle rebuilt then I will get back at you on pricing and all that good stuff

I think you told a little fib here telion? If i can remember my car was on a 160 SHOT!!!!! with your chipped type 1 ecu you seemed to work that at well and for the nitrous thing dont touch the gap on your plugs go to advanced or auto zone and tell them you need one stage colder of a spark plug they should know? so say your pugs are ngk 7s then go to 8s and i hope you run some pills in your set up otherwis its like a 300 shot .... which means kaboom! And you will need to pull the timing cover of the back fire wall and fine tune from there?

^ but it will certainly put a smile on your face! sounds good, when you ship it do so flatrate Priority because the box is free from the Post office, and it ends up costing you less money.
How do I order one I got 88" legend with just, exhaust, cai and want to get
headers and maybe stromung exhaust.

Telion I'm very much a noob but I was told to come to you about this. I need a chip for my acura(1999) rl and I heard you have great chips that actually work.
