Hmm... Looks like the factory '94 - '95 coupe lip to me.

I'm pretty certain that it's OEM.

yup. That's a coupe. You won't be able to fit it to your sedan without modifications.

No, the picture you posted REALLY is of a coupe not a sedan. :)
