Tranny Trouble

ok, i have a 91 sedan auto, w/121k on it. basically, if im nice to it, and drive like a girl [no offense...] its fine, but if i push it off a stoplight, then ill get this creaking/clunking sound from under the center console and the car jumps a little. now, im pretty sure its the tranny mount, because the trans doesnt slip or anything, and its only on the 1-2 shift. Any suggestions?? Thanks...

Sorry Officer, Whats the speed limit again??

DEfinitely sounds like the mount.
no kidding, i though id just buy the mount, throw it under the hood, and it would fix itself...
is Tranny mount is transmition ?
Clunk from under the console area, esp when vehicle transitions is 99.99 percent due to failed rear transmission mount. .01 percent driver error.

Actually, throwing it under the hood will not work. You'd be better off trowing it at the rear of the transmission where it will have an easier time fixing itself :) I'm just kidding around :D
