transmission flush

Never heard of a transmission damaged during a flush. Just stick with Honda ATF. Why aggravate yourself by adding another variable to the equation?

What are the benifits of a flush over drain if the tranny has been well mantained. THe only thing with mine is a engaging noise when going from park to drive or to drive to reverse and such (when it is cold). Would a flush help this do you think. It shifts through the gears great.
