whay kind of licence plates are these? I know what DEALER plates are, but TRANSPORTER?? Do they drive the cars form state to state?

Transporters are typically older retired guys that get paid to transport cars for dealerships and individuals. They're usually transporting cars from the auction to the dealership or vice versa.
