My front brake rotors are warped slightly - vibration when braking and particularly bad at higher speeds. The rotors were turned once before though I have no idea the current thickness of the rotors. If I do the work myself, I will have to pay a local shop $20+ dollars to turn both rotors. Should I buy ones or turn them a second time? How much are good quality rotors - nothing fancy? Where should I buy them?

If you just want "oem type" rotors.
Go to like www.carparts.com

They have rotors for like $20 each.
New.

All the rotors I saw listed on carparts.com were $70+ each. If that's the case, I will be turning the rotors.

Honestly, I wouldnt turn them again.
It's a waste of time.
I had my rotors turned for a 2nd time, and they were wabblin and going all over the place, in less than 2 months.
Plus, it's dangerous.

I guess, just save up and get the Brembos w/ nice semimetallic pads. A couple hundred bucks is worth your safety and well being.
