I am getting my type II swap done possibly this weekend and since i am a bit broke,i have decided to use my type 1 tranny for now and i was wondering if i am gonna lose any power,horses,torque or anything as a matter of fact.And also will the type II engine put any kind of pressure or stress on the tranny ?

No you will not lose power, although you will not get the full potential out of the Type II motor. Shift points are pretty much the biggest differences in the 2 trannies. I am running a Type II motor/Type I tranny and Type I ecu and aside from the normal 3rd gear early shifting into 4th, everything's good. You should be fine.
