Weapon r staff around??

·Those guys pissed me off. I will never do business with them again!
I ordered my Intake, shield, and Cold RAM Air Kit from them. First off the guy (nick who now doesn't work there anymore) told me that the Cold Ram air kit would work with my application, which upon receiving it, I found that there was no way that it could. So I now wanted to return the shield and ram air kit which I paid $70 for and the other $140 was for my intake, and $10 for shipping ='ing $220. I sent them the ram air kit & shield back and had to pay my own money for shipping. Once I sent it to them they credited me $50, sent me an email saying this, and also left a message on my telephone. I quickly called them back asking for my other $20. They said that I originally didn't pay $70 for my shield and ram air kit, even though I did. They were just dividing up the cost differently. If you look on their website it goes for $120 and they were trying to convince me that I only paid $50 for it. So after arguing I finally gave up and whenever I have the chance now I"m devoted to getting people to buy any other brand intake.
My advice to people, is just get a Pro car parts pipe, and then get a nice filter like an AEM one. I'm sure that that would give just as good if not better performance.

Well the ram air kit is not vehicle specific anyway, it a universal kit. So supposely you have to figure out how to make it fit on your car. Anyways, don't order from WR themselves. I've always ordered one of their distributers like importstudios or dragonintakes.com. I always got my purchase promptly

check their website...they have a bunch of AOL instant messenger screen names that you can contact the weapon-r employees with...that's how i was able to contact them a couple of times...remember they're at pacific time.

·Yes, the Cold Air Kit is universal and it doesn't work with our cars, because by the time you have the intake on there isn't enough room for the shield to go on and then for the hose to bend down or around. I wish that since we know that it doesn't work with our cars that they would just post something so that more Legend owners don't order it and have to go through what I did.
