Anybody have an idea what would cause my 93l 6spd coupe to idle funny. What it does is when I am just letting it idle, the rpms are fine but it sounds like it stutters every little while. Kinda like a irregular heartbeat. I wonder if there could be something gumming up my fuel system. The tolerances in these is so tight, I imagine that if even a little gunk gets in the system , it would effect performance and idle, both problems I have. On my old 91 integra, I took it to a shop and they hooked it up to one of those fuel system cleaners that pushes a cleaner through the whole system, I am also curious of anyones feedback on this procedure too. Any help is greatly appreciated.

how many miles?
last tune up? 60k? 90k? 120k?
Do you use proper fuel?
Fuel injection cleaner at a service center is good...also, you may want to change your fuel filter if it hasn't been done.
But we can only speculate without the critical info.
