FIRST OF...I HAVE AN ANNOYING WHEEZING NOISE THAT IM NOT SURE WHERE ITS COMING FROM(UNDER THE HOOD?)....BUT WHEN AT ABOUT 2000 RPMS IT IS VERY NOTICEABLE....ALSO I HAVE ANOTHER ANNOYING NOISE THAT SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IS RUBBING WHEN IM COASTING....NOT BRAKE SQUEAKING BUT SOME KINDA OF LOW HARSH RUBBING NOISE...IT MAY BE MY ROTORS....OR BRAKES, CUZ WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES...THE NOISE GOES AWAY....ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS OR HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS BEFORE I BRING IT IN TO A SHOP.....

Well first off, a rattling noise is your exhaust pipes' metal guards, make a rattling noise, and a squeak when you go over bumps, and the whinning is either comming from the radio [rfi noise] or you need new exhaust [manifold, y-pipe, collector, catalytic] gaskets not really a big deal, unless it turns out to be...
