Hahah, it's the truth. I researched it exhaustively, and in the end, there is no way to get an R34 in and have it be legally able to be registered in all 50 states without risk of losing the car. The reasons you can't do it are largely political too.

I've got a Land Cruiser 80, which I think was the last "good" LC.

 

the 3.5 swap is taking place between july 10 to the 30th, It will get done between those dates. I have all the parts and stuff sitting at the shop, I just need to find time to bring the legend over to the shop

I will not need a hotel room. I'm planning on biting the bullet and head over there Saturday morning. I am taking Friday off to detail the Coupe and get some rest, though.
