I'm doing the 90k service and I was wondering what everyone paid for the parts and labor.

For the same timing belt package that Acura of Agusta quoted me: $255.00 (includes belt tensioner), both Colorado dealerships quoted: $378.33. Any ideas why?

if you mention that you're from the forums, then Acura of Augusta gives you a deep discount. other dealerships don't offer this to us. A timing belt job done at an Acura dealership should cost between $700-800. at an average mechanic shop, you'll be charged about $500-600.

I got a couple of quotes from mile high acura and courtesy acura and they averaged about 6-7 bills for the timing belt/water pump package and about 3-4 bills for the 90K service.

I went with a honda/acura specialist in Littleton and they were much cheaper. I don't remember the exact cost, but it was much less. Since then, I have gone to one other honda/acura specialist in Denver and they were pretty decent.

The $378.33 is only the 90k check up, which mean they goes thru every system in your car and see if anything is broken. The timing belt/waterpump package is seperate, usually runs around $600-$800, depending on where you live.
