So I was driving and went to make a left turn into my drive all of a sudden my car started jerking and the turn became rough. A few hours later I decided to check what that noise was and decided to take off my front right wheel and this is what i found... What screw/bolt connects figure 1 and figure 2 if there is a specific name for it? Where can I find this? Thanks for any help.

That's the upper balljoint. Looks like the nut came loose and backed off the balljoint stud (as far as I can tell from the pics). You need to replace the nut (assuming the balljoint stud/threads are undamaged) and install a new cotter pin through the hole in the end of the stud to prevent it from happening again in the future. Hopefully that ABS wheel speed sensor wire in the pic isn't broken.
