If you sold your Legend tomorrow for say $12K, and decided you would by something else, but NOT another Legend for the same money, what car would you try to find to replace the Legend ?

What are the reasons for your choice ?

'99 Acura TL, it would probably have about 90K on it, but itsa Honda...

Reasons for my choice:
1. Honda
2. New Body Style (I love the body style)
Thats all....

Probably a 97 or 98 Prelude 5speed.
reasons:
1. Needs to be stickshift
2. No other luxury car is a Legend, so if i was to replace the Legend, i wouldnt get a Luxury car.
3. Always liked the Prelude.
4. Strong aftermarket for Preludes.

Sean, actually the RL still has the Type I, just bored out(or maybe stroked? dont know) to 3.5Liters.

If I could find the right one, I'd get a Lexus SC 400, or even a SC 300, provided it was a standard tranny. Would be tough to get one for $12k in reasonable shape, though.

Second choice is 4th or 5th gen Prelude, again must have manual tranny.

But,*why* would I sell my Legend?

Try to find an Gen III RX-7 (theft recovery, or slight damage) and start the restoration.

Depends if you're looking for sedan or coupe. You currently have a sedan so I'm assuming that you'd be looking for a sedan to replace it.
98/99 3.2TL would be a good choice.
95 740iL (reliability is questionable though)
99 - '01 Mitsubishi Diamante (depends if you like Mitsubishi)
96-98 Honda Accord
96 3.5RL
95 525?
97-99 I30
95-96 Q45
95-96 ES300
91-94 LS400
98-99 Maxima

when I do replace my car in 3 or 4 years, it will be with an LS400.
