Hello all. I finally got my 91 Acura Legend. I'm looking to get a MP3 CD changer and i want to keep the stock head unit. Just wondering what everyone recommends. I read that everyone uses the Alpine M-Bus units but i dont' beleive they make a MP3 changer. Also will i have a problem connecting a newer cd changer to the older Head Unit or do they make an adaptor plug. Thanks

Get the Alpine S634 . Its compatible for our stock systems. Do a search for Mp3 deck and you'll see all the details

wow them units seem pretty pricey. Are there any other alpine models or brands that might work well with the head unit?

That play MP3? I don't think so, you can use other older alping CHM-S changers .. but they no MP3 function.

yep the CHA-S634 is probably the only way to go

i did a lil thing on that in the audio section of the Newbie FAQ (Addition #1)...theres a link to crutchfield.com, where info of that cd changer was given, and links to buy the adapters, so you can get an idea of how much it should run you...
