I am ordering 4 new shocks from hondapartsunlimited.com later this week and driving to Buffalo to pick 'em up cause they refuse to ship to Canada.

What other Legend parts should be also replaced when I install shocks.
I dont want to put old, worn parts back with the new shocks and have to replace them later.

The local dealer just quoted me 6 hours labour (90 minutes per corner )at $102/hour for installation ... I am really NOT impressed ... maybe I sould get the shit installed in Buffalo too !
I hate new car dealers !

Thanks

If nothing is broken you shouldn't need anything else.
Well I figure replace them now when the shocks are already out ... these parts are also 14 years old, and they do not last forever.

I replaced one shock mount before and it was pricy work for a cheap part !

I guess I don't have a good grasp on everything that "northern" cars have rust out on them as I'm in Arizona. If you had one of the rear brackets go bad/rust then replace the one on the other side at the same time. The front shocks drop directly into the fork and I don't believe those would rust. Perhaps someone who is in the north could give you a better idea of what rusts easily.
