look like something do with the bumper reinforcement.

yeah it has something to do with either the bumper or the fender areas...no clue other than that though...

think it belongs where the front bumper skin attaches to the car. one on each side, roughly next to the front bumper lights, the bumper skin slides on top of it and it holds it UP. (the bolts hold it ON) not 100% sure. someone else can verify this.
