I think KL6MT is a california emissions 6 speed manual...and KA6MT is a 49 states emissions 6 speed manual.
Where would a Legend be sold that would have the KH symbol in lieu of the KA or KL? Would that be somewhere like Colorado or Wyoming, where the majority of the state is mountainous?

Typically anywhere where emission laws are real important and enforced heavily, the cars tend to be slower overall. I believe some cars that were sold outside of Ca often have 5-7 more horsepower than those sold in California. At least that's what I remember seeing sometime ago.
