What's this next to ECU?

I took the ECU out to sell and it has this black box next to it, but I don't know what it is. I know the transmission control is under the driver's seat so I know it's not that. I don't want to sell something that I don't know what it is. I tried searching but I couldn't find anything.

Yeah it's a gen 1 Legend, 87 coupe to be exact. Is it a radiator fan control or is it something else. Thanks.

That little black box is the Cooling Fan Timer Unit.
