I've blown my front right speaker. Does anyone have an idea of where can I get the replacement one? Maybe a used one?
I don't want to buy a new audio system.

Is the front speaker the same on base and premium Bose systems?

just get a cheap aftermarket pair of 6.5", easy to find,and easy to mount.

I have a pair of new clarions 6.5" coaxials that I Got in trade...80 bucks shipped...


I am sure you can find ones locally too at best buy and stuff...

I heard something about the ommage of the Bose speakers that would prevent me from using aftermarket speakers.

oh you have bose, my bad, yeah, the bose were 2ohm speakres, but dont worry, there are 2ohm speakres outthere as well. sound stream ss series comes to mind.

but I dont see why a 2ohm system cannot handle a 4ohm speaker, it will just putout less power...though I am not too famaliar with bose.

personally Iw ould jsut screwed it, get a new HU and four new speakres, sounds better in my opinion but again, its your car
