I hate when I call places and folks have no clue to what you're talking about.

As far as those wheels go, it may be a tight fit depending on wheel manufacture. Try to at least get a +42 with 7" tires.

Hey infinite are you refering to acuralegend.com's wheel recommendation? if so your wrong because I have that set up 225/40/18 +42 offset 7.5 and there's no rubbing at all, nothing sticking out, there are other here on this forum with this same set up as well who aren't having problems I believe Leon has the same set. If your not refering to his recommendation then discard this post.

Stay away from Superbuytires.com!!!!!!!!!!!! They sell blemished rims. They have a deal with 99 percent of the rim mfg. to get all of their blemished/defectivve wheels. Then they sell them for cheap. Also, be careful with discount tire as well. They will purchase from superbuytires.com to compete with other prices and they will not tell you that the rims are defective. Bad chrome,chips,scratches,etc... be careful. Discount tried to sell me my Giovanna Corsicas and they were getting them from superbuytire, but after I complained and raised hell in front of all of the discount tire customers, the manager took me in the back office to calm me down and explained to me that he would get my rims from Giovanna directly for cost. He apoligized for the mis-understanding. They will try to pull a fast one if you dont watch them.

Ok so 40+ offset will fit on the coupe (stock height)... well I'll get the rear fenders rolled if I experience rubbing.. also going w/ a 215/40 tire will help on rubbing also..

Cause the HR's are 1.5 and I'll keep the Konis on the stock height.. and see how it looks.

I was talking about the +40 offset, not Darren's wheel setup. I was also talking about a sedan, since obviously a coupe sits differently. However, whether a coupe or sedan, a +40 offset still is pretty low.
