I have a 95 Legend L with a bose system but my front drivers speaker is busted. Just curious as to what the problem is and if these speakers will fit into my car?

These are front speakers, impedance is 2 ohms.
Will fit in a 6 1/2 mounting hole.

It doesn't look as if it would fit. What car is it from? I suggest you get an aftermarket speaker. I ran my Infinity Components up from for a few months on the Bose and it worked fine. Just had set the fader to the front to get an even sound.

You have nothing to lose if you try to see if they fit. I'm sure they will work fine. The OEM Bose 6.5 front speakers have 4 mounting screws, however.

if the diameter is 6.5" or close to it, you can probably trim the mounting tabs to fit. doesn't hurt to try.

Since you have an L, just use any aftermarket 4 ohm speaker. Much safer than using a 2 ohm BOSE speaker.

Yes, ChrisK is right.
The 2200 Series headunit uses the 80 watt amp and 4ohm speakers.
If you have the 2100 Series headunit, it uses a 200 watt amp and 2 ohm speakers.
