Been discussed a lot, search will bring a lot of results. That being said:
1. If possible move window down about half way (understand this often is not possible as there is something wrong with motor or regulator).
2. Remove small rectangle piece from inside door handle.
3. Remove two screws that are under the inside door handle cover
4. Remove two screws that are in the arm rest (will need a good length philips)
5. Pull bottom of liner loose, then sides, next pull up enough to pop loose and over door lock button
6. While holding panel in hands, remove various harness plugs, then remove screw on BACK of door at handle that unlocks door, then slide handle through to back.
Panel should now be off.

7. Mark gold colored bolts in middle of door that have small lines next to them (this will mark the position of the regulator).
8. Remove bolt at top in the middle that holds window in place
9. Remove about 6 bolts that hold regulator and motor in place (make sure you hold the window up with your hand or stick etc. so it doesn't fall and break.
10. Once all bolts are off and window slides down, drop it about half way and you should be able to loosen the two bolts holding the window to the regulator.
11. Remove motor/regulator assembly from bottom hole.

Thats about it.
