Hey guys lately my car has been acting a little disfunctional. The abs light came on and it cost 1,500 to get fixed. The TCS light the Brake light, & the ABS light came on all at the same time but that's ok now. But would it be the window regulator if the window goes down but doesn't come up I'm just guessing I really don't know. But when I finally got it up I had to push it and then I heard like a piece of metal drop down into the door. Does anyone know what that is?

Most liklely the top cable, which pulls the window up, has come off its normal possition and therefore can not pull the window up. The bottom cable is still ok and can still pull the window down. In my case both rear window regulators broke the same way. The top cable came off the pulley wheel destroying it and its cable holder in the process.
