I have to share what I discovered today. The best fix for an anemic or non-spraying nozzle is to get a sewing needle and use the small sharp end to ream out the tiny nozzle without even having to remove it from your car. Also, these little nozzles pivot so you can also use the needle to redirect the spray where you want it to go. This might be a good midwinter maintenence for many of you that is easy to do.

If that doesn't solve a problem with the nozzle not spraying then the problem is most likely with either the one-way valve a few inches away from the nozzle or a disconnected or disintegrating hose. I had a hole in the bellows hose right near the hood hinge. A bit more trouble to fix, but better than the $120 the dealer quoted me to do the whole job.
