Wiring to Bose system

I recently bought my 93 legend from an auction and I’m trying to install a factory Bose 2200 system. There is no functional power going to the unit though the buttons light up when I turn on the interior lights. The car was stolen from its previous owner and I noticed some cut wires underneath the dash. Does anyone how who the wiring going to the stereo is supposed to look? I also realized that the cigarette lighter and the ac controls don’t work.
