What do you call a speaker bracket? Is it a speaker cover or is the box where the speaker sits in?

I am looking for a PASS. SIDE speaker bracket in a dark color for a SEDAN. Grey or black will do. Please confirm that there are no cracks or damage to any of the mounting holes.
