yea i know but still its the same parts idk how many times ive just taken parts off other hondas to fix my acuras

The 93-95 Acura Legend is one of the most reliable cars Honda has ever made.
If you are someone who understands that it is common for Hondas
to run 500,000 miles and more, and Acura is even higher quality than Honda.
It drives like a dream.

What an ass clown that is an L model with a T1 engine and he is taking that BS that 93-95 Legend are the most reliable. What about 91-92? You have the same damn engine in there. GL getting 10K for a paint job that not everyone will care for...

I was told at the Acura dealership (so this could be bs, who knows) that Acuras are higher quality, one of the reasons is because they spent more time on an Acura than a Honda. For example, for every 250 Hondas made, 75 Acuras are made. That's not the exact number they gave me, but close.

Acura is the cream of the crop for the ninty era luxury car, we all agree that our Acura's are the best and some and most of the parts in a legend are different than most honda parts, yes you can put the honda parts in the Legend but it wont be the best you can get when you can buy the OEM parts for a bit more

That isn't necessarily true. Honda makes all the Acura parts. There isn't an Acura factory that makes Acura parts. Acura parts come from Honda factories. Go to your Acura dealer and ask to buy a part, the labels are all Honda. Don't make statements like Acura is better than Honda when all of your parts come from honda. Look at your dad's car on of these days. Look at the engine, windows, door jams, etc.. They will all say HONDA CO.

^+1...Acura is a sub division of Honda...Of course Honda is gonna make the parts for acura...They're one and the same.....I'm sure that acura has some special parts that are only for acura cars but when we talk about the g2 legend the whole drive train is special only to acura....There where never any other hondas with a drive train setup like that...It's closer to a Chysler Concorde type of drive train....

When a USDM (us US consumers) maket thinks of Honda, they think of dependable economic cars (at least back in the day freaking honda's and Toyo's arent cheap(er) cars anymore IMO) so to introduce a high-end luxury vehicle into the US with a hefty price tag to complete with luxury BMW's and Benz's and Caddy; It would not have been a wise business decision to name them Honda, Toyota, or Nissan. Hence the reason why there is Acura, Lexus, Infinity.

There aren't Acuras in Japan, they are Hondas. Same company, same engineering (but on the high end luxury tip), different name for a different cusumer market.
